What is new with quakes pride?

A split second away from the finals at the dragon boat races in Brockville (Quake's crew had no prior experience)

I asked Mike why he only benched 460ilbs ( I wish I could only bench that!) when I know he can bench over five hundred pounds

He gave me a half smile and said he wanted to break another record at the next meet.
